Each sourcing request must be reviewed based on product details, order scope, buyer requirements, supplier suitability, and documentation available at the time.
Quotations and pricing
Any pricing, costing, MOQ, lead time, or quotation discussion is indicative until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may depend on fabric, GSM, trims, printing, embroidery, washing, packing, certification requirements, order quantity, exchange rates, freight, duties, taxes, and supplier confirmation.
Quality control
Ethostex Global supports quality-focused sourcing through sample tracking, measurement review, inspection reporting, defect notes, supplier follow-up, and documentation where applicable. Quality support reduces sourcing risk but does not replace final buyer approval, product testing, or formal contractual quality terms.
Certification limitations
Ethostex Global does not claim that every supplier holds every certification. Certification availability depends on the supplier, product category, order scope, audit status, buyer requirement, documentation availability, and validity at the time of sourcing.
Shipment and documentation
Export and shipment documentation support may depend on the supplier, buyer requirements, destination market, logistics partner, shipping terms, customs rules, and documents available for the order. Ethostex Global may assist coordination but cannot control third-party shipping, customs, or regulatory decisions.

No certification ownership claim
Ethostex Global may help collect, review, organize, and communicate supplier documentation where available. Ethostex Global does not claim ownership of supplier certifications, audit reports, compliance approvals, or third-party documents unless they are directly issued to Ethostex Global.
Responsible sourcing wording
References to responsible sourcing, sustainability support, compliance awareness, certification visibility, supplier verification, or sustainable material support describe Ethostex Global's sourcing direction and support process. They should not be read as a guarantee that every supplier, product, fabric, process, or order is certified, sustainable, compliant, or risk-free.
Supplier network and verification
Supplier review may include capability checks, product focus, communication reliability, available documentation, quality behavior, and previous performance where available. Supplier onboarding or listing does not guarantee perfect performance, uninterrupted capacity, certification availability, or acceptance by every buyer.
Client portal status
The Ethostex Client Portal is described as in development unless separately confirmed as live. Portal-related website content explains intended workflow direction for orders, samples, approvals, QC reports, supplier documents, shipment updates, and communication. It should not be treated as a fully active software service unless Ethostex Global confirms availability in writing.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate product specifications, tech packs, measurement requirements, artwork files, labeling details, packaging instructions, compliance expectations, target markets, testing requirements, and approval decisions. Missing or unclear information may affect costing, sampling, quality, production timelines, and shipment preparation.
Supplier and third-party responsibility
Manufacturers, fabric suppliers, trim suppliers, printing units, embroidery units, washing units, logistics providers, testing labs, audit bodies, and certification bodies are independent third parties. Ethostex Global may coordinate with these parties where relevant, but their services, documents, timelines, decisions, and performance may remain outside Ethostex Global's direct control.
Intellectual property and references
Buyers should only submit product references, artwork, logos, trademarks, designs, or files that they have the right to share for sourcing review. Ethostex Global may use submitted information only for inquiry review, sourcing discussion, supplier coordination, and related business communication.
Website availability
Ethostex Global aims to keep the website available and accurate, but the website may be updated, interrupted, or changed without notice. Website content may change as services, sourcing processes, supplier network details, portal development, or business information evolves.
